With the firm idea of creating a sophisticated-atmosphere restaurant, where families, groups of friends, work teams, and couples could meet, the visionary entrepreneur Juan Celso Graniel Romero created Bovino’s Churrascaria, which opened its doors on May, 2009 in the beautiful city of Cancun.
Under the rodizio concept, those who visited us new beforehand that they should expect a great feast; however, even the most demanding palates started to discover several reasons to be surprised, due to the great quality and variety of our delicious and juicy cuts
Shortly, Bovino’s Churrascaria became one of the favorite restaurants, both for local clients and for tourist who visit Cancun, which allowed that only six years later, in April 2015, we could open our branch in Playa del Carmen.
